Shipping Information

Order Status

Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking.

United States

All items will be shipped Via USPS First Class (usually if under a pound) and/or Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made. If it is a Rush order then it may be sent via UPS.

  • USPS First Class or Parcel Post can take between 3-10 business days.
  • Most orders ship out within 2 days unless your order is a presale.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS.


We do ship international but our shopping cart is not set up to charge for international shipping. If our shipping charge does not cover the cost to ship your package we will invoice you the difference for shipping. If the difference is not paid within 48 hours we will refund your order.



We do offer wholesale discounts on approved accounts. Please email us at wholesale@lamonique.com and upon approval instructions on how to make a wholesale purchase will be email to you. Minimums do apply when making a wholesale purchase and will be explained upon approval.


Returns & Exchanges

We are certain you will be delighted with your La Monique Clothing purchase. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, please send us an email at returns@lamonique.com and we will be happy to address your concern.

  • All non-defective returns and exchanges must be returned within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. 
  • All defective items must be returned to us within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • Special sales and promotion items are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  • For all returns, please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. 
  • Please allow 7-10 business days from the date received at La Monique Clothing for your return or exchange to be processed.

Please be reminded that shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless agreed to otherwise by La Monique Clothing. La Monique Clothing reserves the right to add a 15% restocking fee to each return. Not all returns will be granted due to but not limited to items worn and/or damaged.
